Ingredients
- 1lb (500g) Beef Steak, cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 ½ Tsp Hashems Shish Kabob Spice Mix
- ¾ Tsp Coarse Salt
Directions
- Use your hands to combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
- Thread the meat cubes onto skewers
- Cook skewered meat on a grill until it reaches your desired temperature. Alternatively, the skewered meat can be cooked in a 450F oven for about 15 minutes; Be sure to place a tray under the meat to catch the drippings
- Serve hot and enjoy
