Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) semi-lean ground lamb or beef meat for kabob
- 1 small onion, grated (with juices)
- ⅓ cup minced fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tsp. Hashems Shish Kafta Spice
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Use your hands to combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Fill a small bowl with water for wetting your hands to help prevent them from sticking to the meat
- Wet your hands and roll a small handful of the meat mixture into a ball (about the size of an egg), then slide it onto a metal skewer. Flatten the ball so the meat spreads out on the skewer, and repeat this process until all the meat is skewered.
- Grill until fully cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
