Kibbeh Seasoning 4oz

This fragrant mixture of spices is used to make the raw or cooked meat dish known as “Kibbeh”. This kibbeh spice has exactly the same ingredients as the “Kamouneh Spice” only this is ground for your convenience . You would add this mixture to the ground raw meat, kneading it as you would a dough. Then add your bulgur and from there you decide what style of kibbeh you want.
