If you like apricots, then you will love these candies. They take apricots, sugar, water, corn syrup and olive oil, mix them all together and turn it into a paste. They then dry the paste in the sun, cut and roll it into these delicious apricot candies.

Yes they are “dried” but they are moist and delicious.
